In 1962, we succeeded in mass production of diamond powder for the first time in Japan, and have developed and provided more than 100 kinds of products. We have continued to provide products that meet the needs of our customers by repeating trial and error in response to specifications and standards that change with the times.
Utilizing our self-developed 20,000-ton high-temperature and high-pressure equipment, we manufacture unique sintered products according to the application, such as sintered products with large shapes. And we can also tune the specifications and contribute to the development of industry by using diamond for tools and wear-resistant parts.
In today's world where virus epidemics are becoming a problem, sterilization using diamond electrodes is attracting attention. At Tomei Diamond, we manufacture diamond electrodes using our own CVD diamond synthesis equipment.
